If any fees apply for use of our messaging services, they will be displayed during signup or in your account dashboard. Non-payment may result in suspension of services.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE FEES PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for violations of these Terms or for other legitimate reasons. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
